Low carbs?...Nah....
Contemplating going on a low carb diet, but thinking about all the food options around here makes it seem a little bit impossible. Oh well, nothing like a challenge, is there?

All the patients are on their dialysis machines, I’ve set up the gear for tomorrow morning’s patients and all the meds have been given.
And it’s only 8:20PM.
